Dior is bringing luxury to Dallas! Café Dior, headed by Michelin-starred Chef Dominique Crenn, will open by the end of February in Highland Park Village, Dallas. This new cafe promises to be a spot for fine dining that combines Dior's timeless elegance with sophisticated cuisine.

Chef Dominique Crenn is a well-known French chef who has earned three Michelin stars for her San Francisco restaurant. Her inventive approach to combining traditional techniques with modern presentation has made her name popular in the cooking community.

Dallas will join the exclusive cities that serve as homes to Café Dior.

Dior describes its new outlet in Dallas as follows:

"Café Dior by Dominique Crenn is a celebration of the artistry, elegance, and craftsmanship that defines Christian Dior. Chef Dominique Crenn has created a gastronomic experience fusing her own philosophy and Dior's timeless designs"

It continues:

"You will find one of Christian Dior's primary sources of inspiration – the delicate beauty of gardens and flowers – woven throughout the menu and intertwining the splendors of nature with culinary art."

Dominique Crenn, the first female chef in the United States to receive three Michelin Stars, will head the cafe.

The cafe's menu is sectioned into three parts: Lunch, Tea Time, and Dessert.

The lunch menu is divided into starters, mains, and sides.


Starters include-

Caviar D'or: Golden Osetra, egg jam, smoked crème fraîche

Drapé Tart: Beets, feta cheese, Leche de Tigre

Miss Dior Consommé: Chicken broth, grains & blossoms

May Hamachi: Hamachi crudo, citrus, chilis

Montaigne Garden: Zucchini & apple salad, sherry vinaigrette

Madeleine's Terrace: Chicken confit, arugula, cucumber.


Mains include-

Marbella Prawns: Blue crystal prawns, XO sauce, yogurt

Pasta Marinière: Salt spring mussels, red curry sauce

Tuna Violette: Bigeye tuna, dashi, sweet potato chips

La Colle Noire Chicken: Roman Heritage Farm chicken, vin jaune, shiso

Sandwich Petites Fleurs: Chicken salad, pain de mie

Salmon Barbizon: Ora king salmon, beurre blanc, parsley.


Sides include-

Green Salad: Baby gem lettuce, herb vinaigrette

Pommes Duchesse: Classic potato rosettes.


The Tea Time menu is divided into Afternoon Tea Savory- Chicken Salad Sandwich, Caviar & Watercress Choux, Salmon gravlax cracker; and Afternoon Tea Sweet- Hazelnut Chocolate Cookie, Piña Colada Baba au Rhum, Banana & Sesame Canelé.


The dessert menu is headed by Pastry Chef Juan Contreras, who brings his signature-

Blooming Bouquet: Citrus curd, garden flowers & herbs

Jasmine Glacé: Honey, baby peach

Manuela's Rose: Raspberry, pistachio

La Mariée: Vanilla bean, exotic fruits.
