On December 17, Lancôme uploaded a new reel on Instagram announcing their new range of L'Absolu Rouge Drama Matte lipstick featuring the brand ambassador, Olivia Rodrigo. The L'Absolu Rouge Drama Matte lipstick is famous for its bold color and matte application. Even though it's matte, it doesn't feel heavy on the lips and keeps them soft and moisturized.
Olivia Rodrigo recently became the brand ambassador of Lancôme in November. In this new range, one can find ten new lip shades of L'Absolu Rouge Drama Matte lipsticks by Lancôme.
New L’Absolu Rouge Drama Matte lipsticks come in petal shape
Lancôme uploaded the L’Absolu Rouge Drama Matte lipstick launch reel on December 17 on Instagram. The video showed Olivia promoting and enjoying the lipstick while giving a glimpse of all the shades.
The shades in the expanded L’Absolu Rouge Drama Matte lipstick range resemble euphoric shades. The lipstick comes with a petal-shaped bullet that glides perfectly on the lips without leaving any areas.
There are ten new shades in total. The names of the shades are:

- 217 Nude Shot
- 208 Exhilirating Brown
- 206 Ecstatic Caramel
- 318 Rose Énergie
- 222 Nude Frenergie
- 338 Espresso Rush
- 321 Rosemania
- 430 Plum Addiction
- 399 Haut en Pink
Olivia was also seen wearing 430 Plum Addiction in the L'Absolu Rouge Drama Matte Lipstick photoshoot uploaded by the brand on Instagram.
The lipstick is made with ceramides and rose extracts, giving extra hydration all day. This makes it the perfect lipstick for the winter season.
New holiday launches from Lancôme
Lancôme also launched a Celestial Rose Palette and a L’Absolu Rouge limited edition lipstick for the holidays. The eyeshadow palette retails for $89 and offers six shades and two eye makeup brushes. The shades are very sparkly and are perfect for the holidays.
The lipstick comes in four nude shades and has stars engraved on it. It retails for $35. One can also get 25% off by buying them from the brand's website before the holidays.
