All you need to know about Elon Musk's speech at Donald Trump's Pennsylvania rally

Elon Musk has become one of the biggest Trump supporters following the assassination attempt on the republican candidate. The first attempt at Trump's life was made by unidentified individuals on July 13, 2024, when he was addressing a campaign rally close to Butler, Pennsylvania.

Musk has been actively endorsing the republican candidate almost daily on X, and people could see the same enthusiasm as the Tesla CEO took the stage at the Pennsylvania rally.

The entrepreneur addressed the public from behind a transparent safety shield and rallied the crowd with chants of “Fight! Fight! Fight!”

He opened up the speech by remembering the July assassination attempt and praised Trump's courage during the incident while saying:

“The true test of someone’s character is how they behave under fire.”

Elon Musk further emphasized the importance of the election for maintaining constitutional rights and urged all attendees to register and vote.

“Register to vote, OK? And get everyone you know and everyone you don’t know. Drag them to register to vote.,” the Tesla CEO said.

His Pennsylvania address also focused on the negative impacts of excessive government control and how they impact technology and innovations. Elon Musk stressed that re-electing Trump would keep oppressive governments at bay while stifling the field of innovations.

Elon Musk rallied the audience in Donald Trump's support while trying to paint the picture of the Democrats being a threat to democracy. He wrapped up the speech while maintaining that Trump's victory is essential for safeguarding American values and principles.

The state of Pennsylvania has become crucial to the presidential candidates and may end up becoming a decisive battleground between Donald J. Trump and Kamala Harris. Trump first one in the state in 2016 with a margin of 0.72 percent, but lost it to Joe Biden with a margin of 1.17 percent in the 2020 elections.
