This World Kindness Day, Krispy Kreme has embraced the festive spirit. The famous doughnut and coffee chain will offer its first 500 customers a box of free dozen Original Glazed doughnuts on November 13. The offer will be available only at participating locations in the United States.
Visit any participating Krispy Kreme shops for a free box of melt-in-your-mouth doughnuts. Customers can check the official website for further details. The offer is only available for in-store and drive-thru orders.
Speaking on the initiative, Dave Skena, Krispy Kreme’s global chief brand officer, said in a press release,
“World Kindness Day is a reminder that we can all make a positive impact in people’s lives, including through small gestures like sharing a sweet treat. We hope that each dozen Original Glazed doughnuts we give away enables and inspires many dozens of small acts of kindness.”
Established in 1988 by the World Kindness Movement, World Kindness Day celebrates small gestures of kindness and compassion. It aims to foster sympathy among communities and citizens by reflecting and participating in acts of benevolence.
Last year, Krispy Kreme celebrated World Kindness Day by distributing 12 free doughnuts, including 11 Original Glazed doughnuts and 1 special Chocolate Iced Heart doughnut, to its first 500 customers. People were all smiles after getting their hands on their favourite Krispy Kreme treats.
