On December 4, Harry Styles and JW Anderson announced their new collaboration. The Harry Styles' Pleasing x JW Anderson collab features nail polish, apparel, and accessories. Pleasing has previously also collaborated with other brands like Disney Fantasia for the launch of their apparel collection. As the year is approaching the holiday season, the brand collaborated with JW Anderson to get colorful apparel, accessories, and more for the Pleasing fans.
Harry Styles' Pleasing x JW Anderson is available on the Pleasing website, brand stores, and a few items on JW Anderson's website as well. The products are meant to "bring joy and excitement," according to the singer and the fashion label.
The Pleasing x JW Anderson features a total of 12 items
On December 4, Pleasing and JW Anderson uploaded a shared post on Instagram. The post gave a detailed view of the new collection.
Pleasing further wrote the inspiration behind this collaboration on their website by stating:
"Pleasing x JW Anderson was born out of a fashion-fueled friendship between beloved designer Jonathan Anderson and Pleasing founder Harry Styles."
The collection is called the Precious Metals. It features 12 items, of which there are 2 nail polishes, 6 apparel items, and 4 accessories.
The nail polish comes in a set of four and a single piece. In the set of four, one can find four shades that are Best in Show (silver black), Stomping on Sunshine (edgy yellow), Feel Free to Say Hi (purple), and How Does Your Garden Grow (fiery orange). These are glossy shades with a shimmery and metallic finish. Other nail polish comes in a pink-red shade with the name Chirp Loud, Live Proud.
In the apparel section, the brand is offering a Star Logo Crewneck and a hoodie in a grass green color. It has also launched a semi-sheer T-shirt that has balloon designs on it and retails for $210. The collaboration also has a cardigan, which is called the Bunch of Balloons Knit Cardigan. This cardigan is hand-knit and features a bouquet of technicolor balloons. The cardigan retails for $890 and is available for pre-order.
In the accessories section, the brand features two keyrings and two bags. The keyring is made of sparkly leather and comes in purple and yellow colors. In the bag section, the first is the Bumper Bag, which is made of lamb leather and retails for $1150. There is also a Pleasing x JW Anderson logo and a gold logo on the front. You can wear it on your shoulder or as a crossbody.
The second is the Balloon Star Bag Charm bag, which retails for $115. It is green in color, just like the green glass hoodie.
