The name 'Irmão' is derived from Portuguese, which translates to 'Brother'. The word comes from the official anthem of Endrick's home city, "Valparaíso De Goiás". As for the colorway and design of the shoes, the inspiration was drawn from the landscape and flag of Valparaíso De Goiás.
The design and finish of the football boots give them a premium look, perfect for a collector's shelf. The boots have a metallic gold and emerald finish. The upper face of the sneakers has two-toned green stripes that are inspired by the Valparaíso flag.
Inside, the sock liner design features the letter "V" and the laces are accentuated with gold aglets. The Portuguese words Progresso, which means "Progress" and Paz, meaning "Peace" are etched onto the laces. These words signify the fundamental principles of Endrick's home city.
Additionally, the heel has a gradient fade of the eight-branched star, which stands for the Brazilian state of Goiás, along with a bespoke Endrick E9 emblem.
Coming to the technology behind the 'Irmão' Tekela Pro FG V4+ football boots, the Hypoknit upper with narrow laces is intentional to reduce the space between the boot and the ball for better control. It also comes with a 3D molded FuelCell insert that would give maximum comfort to the wearer.
