The Drake x NOCTA x Nike Air Force 1 Low Citrus Tint, scheduled for launch on December 11, 2024, combines premium leather and a storied history, with an exciting and new colorway.

This Citrus Tint is part of the Love You Forever collection by rapper Drake, and its colorway blends timeless design with a modern aesthetic. With the release of the highly-anticipated footwear, it would seem that the rapper is offering a more colorful version of his all-white Air Force 1 Low Love You Forever released in 2022.

The sneakers will be available on NOCTA's and Nike's official website and are priced at $160.

Per reports from Yahoo! Life, the Citron color will be released alongside the pale purple version and the original! Other pastel colors are also rumored to be on the way, but neither Nike nor Drake have confirmed anything yet.

More details on the release of the Drake x NOCTA x Nike Air Force 1 Low Citrus Tint

According to the Nike website:

"This premium leather citron tint AF1 is a love letter to the classic model. The intent was to enhance the quality of the shoe and add subtle details that would tell the story but wouldn't change the iconic silhouette."

The Citrus Tint colorway introduces a midsole that reads “Love You Forever,” with hearts replacing the stars on the outsole of the original design. The design is inspired by Drake’s favorite childhood book, “Love You Forever,” and the sentiment attached to the phrase.

The Citrus Tint also incorporates new design elements like the alphabetical beads to customize the lace dubrae and a NOCTA North Star in place of the Nike Air on the left heel. A new perforated pattern can be seen on the toe box.

The citrus colorway dominates the design of the shoes and is complemented by the translucent sole. The toe box in the upper area features specific holes for breathability.

The Swoosh logo is placed on both sides of the footwear, while the Nike Air and NOCTA logo is embossed on the heel tab in a golden hue. The yellow laces are finished with metallic detailing for an elegant touch.

A peek inside the shoes brings one in contact with the golden design, which bears the logos of the collaborating brands. Underneath the shoes are also impressive, with elegant design swirls carved into the soles.

The return of Drake’s Air Force 1 Low comes on the heels of the release of his NOCTA Hot Step 2 silhouette in the spring of 2024. He has also put out additional colorways for the sneakers. Rumors are rife that the rapper might also land an Air Max Plus collaboration in 2025.

The Drake x Nike x NOCTA Air Force 1 sneakers will be released on December 11, 2024, for $160 on the SNKRS app. You can sign up there for notifications when the sneakers hit the shelves. Select third-party retailers have also confirmed the drop. The rapper's fans and sneakerheads can get their coins ready in anticipation of the drop.
