Dill Pickle Pizza has emerged as a fan favorite. It is loved by many for its distinct flavor that combines the tanginess of pickles with traditional pizza ingredients. Due to its popularity, many pizzerias are including it in their menu.
Caulipower is one among these restaurants that has decided to roll out its first-ever Dill Pickle Pizza. The company, best known for its cauliflower crust pizzas, introduced the new flavor on February 4, 2025.
The frozen pizza company announced the news on its social media handles. Dill Pickle Pizza is made with a stone-fired thin and crispy cauliflower crust, to which they add a “creamy white béchamel sauce infused with dill pickle brine, melty mozzarella, roasted garlic, and a fresh dill garnish,” as described by Caulipower.
It added that it is a “perfect balance of savory and tangy flavors, making it an irresistible choice for pickle lovers and pizza enthusiasts.” The power-packed pizza, which includes 14 grams of protein per serving, is exclusively available at Whole Foods. It is priced at $9.99.

Uncured Pepperoni
It combines the all-natural uncured pepperoni and melty mozzarella cheese. They are included as a topping on crispy, stone-fired crust made from real cauliflower.
White
This pizza includes a variety of cheeses such as mozzarella, parmesan, romano, and asiago combined with spinach, and an Italian white sauce along with garlic.

About the company
Caulipower was founded by Gail Becker in 2017. As a mother of two sons diagnosed with celiac disease, Becker was frustrated with the lack of nutritious and tasty gluten-free options available on the market. This motivated her to create CAULIPOWER, aimed at people looking for healthier options.
