How would you feel if we told you you could wear pizza as perfume? Yes, you heard it right. Dominos has officially entered the perfume game this Valentine's Day, and they are not holding back on savory notes.
For the first time ever, the famous pizza chain has launched a pepperoni-inspired perfume called Eau de Passion on the special occasion. This perfume is inspired by Domino’s iconic Pepperoni Passion pizza. It is said to have notes of spice, pepper, and a woody, warm base.
But here’s the twist. Domino’s is not selling the limited-edition Eau de Passion in stores, but those in the UK and Ireland can get their hands on the limited-edition perfume. Domino’s advertising campaign for the scent features UK actor Luke Debono. According to a report by The Tab, he said:
“I’ve learnt a lot about romance over the past year, and this is the perfect gift for passionate pizza-loving couples looking to spice things up this Valentine’s Day. What could be more attractive to a partner than a smoky, spicy scent that sparks passion?”
The launch has created a stir on social media. A user took to X (formerly Twitter) and wrote, “Baiting us into raging online about this lol.” Here is how the others reacted.
How netizens reacted to the launch of Domino’s Eau de Passion?
Domino’s foray into the world of fragrance sparked a divided response among the fans on the internet. Some were immediately intrigued and eager to experience the unusual fragrance, while others expressed skepticism or amusement.

Darren Conway, who also featured in Domino’s campaign for Eau de Passion told Irish Mirror,
"I got a whiff of Eau de Passion and I said to myself 'That's not bad!'. I'm honestly extremely impressed with the scent. It's rich, doughy and slightly spicy. Full of passion! Domino's Pizza has dropped the fragrance of the year. The pizza isn't bad either."
This isn’t the first time Domino’s has come forward with quirky innovations. It reportedly introduced a heat suit for drivers in 2024 and a jet pack suit in 2023 for delivering pizzas. Meanwhile, other chains who are experimenting with their lineup include Papa John’s which launched a limited-edition bath bomb for Valentine’s Day, designed to evoke its Garlic Dipping Sauce.
