This popular cafe has been serving drinks and soul/southern foods to the people of New Orleans since 1947. In the cafe's own words "Lil Dizzy’s Cafe is a Creole soul food restaurant where the food is HOT and straight from the POT!!!!!!!" Their finger-licking good items include Shrimp and grits, Gumbo (the most recommended), etc.
