3) Restaurant R’evolution
Restaurant R’evolution, nestled in the heart of the French Quarter, redefines Creole cuisine in an upscale setting with an impressive 10,000-bottle wine cellar. Their signature dish is their blue crab beignets, which are made with Gulf giant lump blue crab, cream cheese, mascarpone, shallots, chives, and Creole spice. They are then dipped in Abita beer batter and deep-fried till golden. It's a must-try and comes with a selection of tasty remoulades. Visit during happy hour (4–6 p.m.).
