Aloha Cafe is one of the very few LA restaurants that have a vast tummy-filling breakfast menu under a budget. The cafe, which has been serving its customers since 2004, sells some of the best stick-to-the-ribs meals in the region.

One must try their loco moco, made with two eggs, a ground beef patty, and grilled onions as it only costs $12.95.
