The Butcher's Daughter, unique in its name but quite contrary to its name is a vegetarian/vegan juice bar and cafe nestled in Nolita. It provides a cozy and refreshing ambiance. They offer a variety of vegan and gluten-free dishes, dairy-free coffee, and other vegetarian dishes. If you are an afternoon drinker you can opt for a cocktail too. Their Brunch menu, available from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., features dishes like a Homemade potato waffle with two eggs, two types of cheese, and either bacon or sausage, a build-your-own omelet, cocktails, hot drinks, and more.
