Unlike the classic hot brown, Biscuit Belly doesn't serve their hot browns on toast. Instead, they serve the turkey, smoked gouda mornay, bacon, and roasted tomato on an open-faced biscuit. Regardless of that, the reviewers on Google seem to love the dish.
