Although the free 5 days' worth of compensation is given to PlayStation Plus users, other users did not buy the compensation because it's just worth $1 to them.

Others don't seem to buy Sony's reason that PlayStation went down last Friday due to an "operational issue." (via X/@gwompystompy)

X users also suggested that PlayStation should have compensated its users, PlayStation Plus subscribers or not, a month of free service just for the trouble that they caused gamers last Friday:

What's In Store for PlayStation Plus Subscribers?

A lot of you are asking, what's in store for the PlayStation Plus Subscribers? Well, it is just the FREE 5 Days worth of service, which is, not enough for the troubles that they did last Friday. Aside from that, PlayStation does not even think about their non-PlayStation Plus users, making it harder for these gamers to get back and play their games.

Moreover, PlayStation and Sony still do not have any detailed statement on what happened last Friday night making them untrustworthy to their users.

If PlayStation and Sony gave their users a more reasonable compensation for what happened last Friday, their gamers and users would understand them and would even support them. We guess, it's time for PlayStation and Sony to re-do their compensation and add its non-PlayStation Plus users so that everything will be well on their end.
