When the Undo button was created no one ever thought there would be a time when people would misuse it. But Gwen Stacy makes Marvel do the impossible. No one can tell who loves Gwen more; Peter or Marvel? Because none of them seem to get over her.

Poor Peter Parker can't do anything besides miss Gwen Stacy, but Marvel can do much more than that. And so it did. The comic book giant decided to resurrect her. Maybe they haven't heard about the concept of letting the dead rest in peace.

But wait for the kicker. Instead of resurrecting her normally and reuniting her with Pete, which sounds like the only sensible thing to do, Marvel decided to take it up a notch. They have decided to resurrect her as a crazy, gun-wielding second cousin of Deadpool, Gwenpool.

Yes, you read that right. Say goodbye to the sweet, caring, and lovable Gwen Stacy, and say hi to the angry butt-kicker with a thing for killing, Gwenpool. With this decision, Marvel has defied science, storylines, and everyone's emotions. How are they going to go on about it? Why did they change her entire storyline? These are some of the million questions fans are asking.

Fan reaction to Marvel resurrecting Gwen Stacy as Gwenpool

Marvel had been toying with the idea of resurrecting Gwen Stacy for quite some time, and everyone seemed to be on board thinking they might get a chance to see Gwen and Peter reunite.

But there are already so many variants of this character in different Spider-Man universes that fans were lowkey ready for something outrageous. And that's exactly what they got. Of all the ideas they could have used, Marvel wants to turn one of the warmest Spider-Man characters into a foul-mouthed brat.

Fans had so much to say about this decision, and each reaction they gave was as funny as watching Gwen cuss at a villain with the cute face that she has.

They do have the same hair.

Marvel is keeping up its tradition of resurrecting dead people most bizarrely. Only time will tell how this one will pan out.
