MrBeast hopped on the viral internet trend, which involves dunking faces into ice water. The trend emerged after fitness influencer Ashton Hall went viral for his excessive morning routine. No sooner had the trend gained ground on the internet than every other individual, brand, and well-known figure jumped on the bandwagon.

If you somehow missed the joke, the timeline no longer makes sense. Taking to X, MrBeast cheekily wrote:

"Morning gang, don’t forget to dunk your face in ice water today 💪🏻"

If you're wondering what this is and why everyone is suddenly sharing pictures of random buckets of ice water, bananas, notebooks, or even Saratoga Spring Water—don't worry! It's all a result of the viral trend that has completely saturated social media feeds.

In the viral video, the fitness influencer wakes up at 4 AM and follows his daily routine until 9:30 AM. But during that time, he repeatedly dunks his face in water and does a whole lot of other questionable things.

However, the face-dunking bit has gained the most popularity. And now, out of nowhere, everybody on the internet is dunking their face in an ice bucket.

Even MrBeast got in on it, telling people to do the same!

Social media was already filled with jokes about this trend, but now that MrBeast has joined in, the internet is laughing even harder. Fans have responded with memes and side-splitting takes, flooding MrBeast's comment section with face-dunking starter packs.

Social media reacts to MrBeast's face-dunking suggestion

One user hilariously posted a picture of bananas, an ice bucket, mouth tape, a notebook, and Saratoga sparkling water, joking that this is his "morning routine."

Another user shared a photo of Saratoga sparkling water, bananas, and an ice bucket—seemingly preparing for the "morning routine" but still missing some essentials! They need to level up to truly follow the trend.

A user @basednerdsnet offered some sage-level advice.

"Don’t forget the banana."

Another user @nkrumahboateng suggested:

"Don't forget to wipe ur face with banana peels for half an hour straight every morning. 🤣🤣🤣

Posting a picture of an ice bucket and a notebook, a user humorously stated:

"Time to change my life"

A user @AndAnas88 revealed the secret behind the so-called success portrait painted by fitness influencers online:

"And then nothing for 2 hours with a coffee in your hand 🫵👑👑"

The next joke is courtesy of Ashton Hall's now-famous moment. After all the over-the-top morning shenanigans, around 9 AM, he sat at his PC and uttered the immortal line that's now being spammed across social media.

Users are humorously quoting it in absurd situations, mocking the entire "fake job" atmosphere that made the video even more bizarre.

At some point in the video, Ashton Hall suddenly blurted out, "Go ahead and get at least 10,000." The amusing part? No one knows exactly what needs to be made 10,000.

But that hasn’t stopped the internet. Now, everyone is ridiculously fixated on "making it 10,000"—without even knowing what "it" is!

A user @Constillate replying to MrBeast's post, joked:

"Looking at it bro we gotta go ahead and get at least 10,000."

Finally, a user @mustseetb_ summed up everything stating

"This is why I love Twitter because you really have to be on here to know these jokes lmao."
