With GTA 6 anticipation reaching astronomical highs, big game publishers are said to be shuffling their timetables to not conflict with Rockstar's behemoth according to the Game Business.

In their report, one of the world's most prominent video game publishers' boss said,

“Rockstar games always suck a lot of money and, more importantly, time out of the market...We don’t want to be anywhere near that. We are working up multiple different plans for our titles.”

With the game set to take up both sales and player focus, companies seem to be rescheduling their launches to remain clear. However, the names of the publishers are still unknown!

Industry professionals admit the patent fact - when Grand Theft Auto 6 comes out, the gaming universe is Rockstar's, and everyone else just has to schedule around it! The looming specter of GTA 6 has game companies in overdrive planning mode, with some even considering suspending major titles to avoid being overshadowed.

The uncertainty about the game's launch date isn't making matters easier either- some were hoping that the second trailer may drop on March 25, 2025, giving more clues, but alas! Nothing has been released as of yet!.

As soon as the news came out, someone took to her X account and commented:

"Insane impact. twitch might break the day GTA 6 comes out."

With GTA 6 set to dominate the world of gaming, already some of the fans are envisioning outright internet pandemonium. Someone even went on to speculate that Twitch may break on the day of its launch - and quite honestly, they could be right.

From record-smashing streams to jammed servers, and all of those million or so gamers queuing in all at the same time, the game's launch could become the digital analogue of a world-shaking earthquake. Hope that everyone's WiFi is prepared!

While the gaming community waits for Grand Theft Auto 6, the fans are already whipping up crazy predictions. From Twitch crashing to game schedules being rescheduled entirely, the internet is in full knowledge of the mayhem Rockstar is going to unleash.
