Recently, HBO released a first look at actors Aaron Pierre and Kyle Chandler as John Stewart and Hal Jordan in Lanterns, set for release in 2026. The reveal has left fans excited, as they get to see not just one but two Green Lanterns in action.

Looks like this fan either doesn't recognize the two actors or thinks it's just a random photo of two guys walking down the street. After all, without the superhero suits, how would anyone even know it's from Lanterns?

"Why does Hal Jordan look like a homeless man. He’s supposed to be a jet pilot," asked another.

Someone clearly isn’t a fan of Kyle Chandler’s look in Lanterns, pointing out that Hal Jordan, a jet pilot, shouldn’t be looking like he’s homeless. Who knows, maybe he’s just undercover!

Wait a minute. Wasn’t Aaron Pierre the voice of Mufasa in the 2024 film Mufasa: The Lion King? You know the supervillains are in trouble when they’re up against a man who’s literally voiced a lion!
