The best part is that he is not just a blurry NPC; the game developers have done a great job at making him as realistic as possible. Though they did forget to add his beanie and sunglasses.

And that's where they gave the fans a chance to become world-class roasters. You see, E-40 is known for wearing a beanie/fedora and shades, and without them, he is just a gangsta Jamal Bowman. Imagine you are fighting hard to get that slam dunk, and when you finally do, you see E-40 out of the corner of your eye, celebrating your points and giving you a slow head bob.
