But the internet is a mean place whose universal language is mockery. Instead of celebrating Tate Mcrae's monumental achievement, fans couldn’t resist poking fun at the absurdity of it all. Social media was flush with reactions ridiculing the You Broke Me First-famed star:

When Tate McRae shared the post, she probably didn't have the slightest inkling that fans would turn it into a comedy roast of absurd proportions.
