Hip-hop sensation Soulja Boy is a lot more business-savvy than people give him credit for. He has a knack for getting people to talk, and he's done it again — he claims to have become the first rapper to own an iPhone with a keyboard! Soulja Boy and his quest to become the first rapper to do everything is now bordering on the extreme — he is as hilarious as he is relentless.

Fans react hilariously to Soulja Boy's latest assertion

In an ever-growing list of outrageous claims, Soulja Boy has now claimed to be the proud owner of the first iPhone with a keyboard. He was so pleased with the so-called technological marvel he had created that he hilariously posted a snapshot of the customized iPhone on X. This begs the question — is he really the pioneer of all things important, as he claims to be, or is he still stuck in 2008? We are leaning towards the latter.

It's well known that Soulja Boy doesn't play by the book, and his latest claim has made a lot of headlines, albeit for the wrong reasons. Fans turned a statement that was supposed to be a flex into a running joke that will outlive us all! While some praised him for his unique style and sense of humor, others had a field day roasting him for his antics:

"First rapper flexin a Temu phone case", joked one user (via X / @you_effo)
"Bruh, isn’t that called a BlackBerry?", quipped another (via X / @IsMoneyEvenReal)
"Congrats, Soulja! First rapper to claim everything except a Grammy", remarked another fan (via X / @GrokProfit)

Whether he owned an iPhone with a keyboard, mistook a BlackBerry for one, or it simply dreamed it up, Soulja Boy's penchant for stirring conversation often gets people talking at his own expense. While netizens were busy roasting the rapper, one user took a stroll down memory lane and suggested that he had it all backward:

"Souja we going backwards. When’s your new song on limewire dropping?", commented the bewildered fan (via X / @seanheilweil)

Another keen-eyed observer pointed out:

This sent the fans spiraling into laughter as they came up with theories about why Soulja Boy had no network service on his iPhone. Make of that what you will! Perhaps he just hasn't invented network connectivity yet...

Soulja's obsession of becoming the first rapper to...well, everything, is iconic. And this also includes the list of things that haven't been invented yet. One user (@Llyoddeross) hilariously took the stakes up a notch by suggesting that he move to Mars. He even tagged Elon Musk on the post for good measure:

"No Rapper has yet set foot on Mars yet Big Draco. @elonmmusk", joked the fan, sending the internet orbiting into Mars with delirium.

A marketing mogul of his own predicted something that had the whole internet rolling in the aisles:

"This is finna get popular in two years and then apple will sell this part separately. Watch 2027", joked the fan (via X / @tatemaeikigai)

Please don't give them ideas, we request!

The beauty of Soulja’s claim isn’t if it’s true—it’s that it doesn’t even matter. He’s out here living in a parallel universe where he is Thomas Edison, Mark Zuckerberg, and Steve Jobs, all rolled into one big package of absurdity. So, it's not a stretch to think that he must be sitting in his living room right now, having a look at the technological innovations of the past century, and claiming them as his own after putting a sticker on them!
