Snow White has debuted with a B+ on CinemaScore. Disney's live-action received mixed responses from the audiences after its release. The film has Rachel Zegler portraying Snow White and Gal Gadot as the Evil Queen and was released on March 21, 2025.

After facing immense scrutiny ahead of release, the B+ is the first good thing that has happened with the film. Snow White has faced a barrage of backlash online ever since the cast was announced.

The internet, however, is not willing to allow it to celebrate this so easily. Fans are not so sure about the grading, saying that the best it can get is a D.

After it made a debut on Rotten Tomatoes at 45%, one of Disney's low ratings for their live adaptations, audiences giggled to tears. Yet, this time they are not prepared to buy a B+ rating, which by other standards will be a low score for a Disney movie.

Disney and the Snow White cast are being satirized by fans, particularly Gal Gadot, whose performance is being severely slammed.

One user @youknowneno took to X and mentioned:

"What curve did they use to get that rating - this is at best a D-"

More reactions poured in following this rating.

Social media reacts to Snow White's B+ on CinemaScore

Fans inundated social media, declaring the movie was worth a D at most and they don't know how Disney was able to make it appear as though it was a B+. And, naturally, Gal Gadot was again roasted online for playing the Evil Queen.

Another user @CardandCoinShop added:

"Ugh, given the negative sentiment surprised it scored that high. It’s a pass for me"

A user @SeniorFangirl0 went on to say:

"I think they are being generous with this one. It should have been D."

Others made remarks, claiming they knew this film was going to bomb at the box office from the beginning.

A user @expeditopaz predicted:

"Ouch... think this is gonna be a massive box office failure."

Yet another user @Temujinsrule saw it coming:

"We all knew this movie was gonna bomb let’s face it 😂"

In the meantime, some users roasted Disney, claiming that it has been getting everything wrong over the last couple of years, and flops at the worldwide box office are no longer unusual for them.

One user @Alex_RobertsJ pointed out:

"Lately, Disney has been going in the wrong direction with remakes of major projects..."

Another user @madhujaiswal858 stated:

"Just like Marvel even Disney is going down. I'm worried about this generation of kids 😭"

Snow White took $3.5 million from preview performances and is expected to mint $40–45 million over its first weekend. The problem is, however, with an enormous $270 million price tag, the film is already facing a lot of negative reviews for lackluster character development and below-average CGI.
