Saraya, aka Paige, officially exits AEW—fans joke: "She prays to get accepted by WWE"

Saraya, aka Paige from WWE, has formally confirmed leaving All Elite Wrestling (AEW). She made the news public in her first-ever upcoming podcast, Rulebreakers With Saraya, which will release on March 28, 2025. Paige joined WWE in 2022.

In her podcast, Saraya stated:

"I'm here to tell you that me and AEW's relationship has come to an end. I had an amazing time there. There's no bad blood between us. I had such a magical time."

Saraya has disclosed that she did not leave AEW because of its chief, Tony Khan. She even further referred to him as "f***ing awesome."

However, she disclosed that there was no storyline going on currently where she could see herself fit in.

The internet is not accepting her justification, with most describing her as irrelevant in AEW in the first place.

Some think she's expecting a WWE offer, but they don't think it'll happen. Others even assumed she had already left because she wasn't involved in any big storylines.

In short, people are roasting Saraya and calling it good riddance.

Saraya enjoyed a prosperous WWE career before joining AEW. In AEW, she became the AEW Women's World Champion at the historic All In event in 2023 and was a member of The Outcasts faction with Ruby Soho and Toni Storm.

She hasn't appeared on TV since October 2024, when she participated in a No. 1 Contender's match.
