Donald Trump's aid and Vice Presidential candidate, JD Vance, had netizens rolling on October 16, 2024, when he promised to put an end to a spicy ice cream.

Vance was humorously targeting Graeter's Skyline Chili Ice Cream Pint which left people bewildered after appearing on Kroger's website this October. Seeing netizens appalled with the real chili spices-infused dessert, JD Vance tweeted on X:

"President Trump and I will stop this."

JD Vance's chuckle-worthy promise sparked a meme fest on X with netizens sharing other things that should be banned:

"Can you please ban pineapple on pizza too," asked one user.
"While you're at it, we need to do something about the Oreo-flavored Coke Zero — it's unconscionable," requested another user.
"Just make them keep it on the other side of the river and they can have it. 😊 It’s like peas and mashed potatoes. I like both, but they don’t need to touch," said one user.

Some of the users couldn't help pointing out the absurdity of Graeter's Skyline Chili Ice Cream Pint and tweeted to JD Vance:

"That Ice Cream sounds like a threat to Democracy, claimed another X user.
"Thank you for protecting Americans 🫡," tweeted one user.
"I love Skyline. And I love Graeter's. But please, God -- not together," explained a fan.
"Is this where the line gets drawn 🤣😂," said one X user.

A look at Graeter's Skyline Chili Ice Cream Pint amid JD Vance's viral tweet

Graeter's Skyline Chili Ice Cream Pint, the ice cream that JD Vance jokingly promised to stop, appeared on Kroger's website on October 15. It is seemingly created in partnership between the two local Cincinnati food brands, Graeter's Ice Creams and Skyline Chili.

Netizens found the ice cream listed along with Skyline Chili's latest partnership products, Skyrosa and Dewey's Skyline Dip Deluxe pizza. The Chili brand has collaborated with several other brands this year for its 75th anniversary celebrations.

The unique ice cream claims to offer a "daring fusion of flavor." It reportedly comes infused with real chili spices, crispy oyster crackers, and shredded cheese swirls. Graeter's Skyline Chili Ice Cream promises a perfect balance between sweet and spicy flavors, complimented by a hint of cheesy tanginess.

The chili-flavored ice cream is packed in a convenient blue-themed pint, which features a bold image of a chili bowl with cheese toppings. While it is listed for over $6.99 on Kroger's website, it is currently not available for purchase.

Graeter's representative and the senior director of public relations at RMD Advertising, Sarah Walters, reportedly told the Enquirer on October 16, that the Skyline Chili ice cream does not exist. The spicy ice cream flavor was created as a concept art, implying it is not in production and will not be making it to the markets.
