Even though the Tesla Cybertruck deliveries began in December 2023, the craze for the vehicle is not stalling out. With its automotive design, unique angular exterior, and futuristic technology, the Cybertruck has become a subject of constant discussion among people. It's been receiving both love and criticism, though some might argue this is what makes it a groundbreaking innovation.
Musk claims that the Tesla Cybertruck is "built bullet tough." Don't believe him? Check out his X post.
Recently, Tesla released a video showcasing how "tough" the Cybertruck is. The demonstration featured a flamethrower, hurling a metal ball and even bullets. There were a few dents, true, but nothing could pierce the beastly exterior. But, as expected with such a controversial topic, the video had to spark hilarious reactions. Unsurprisingly, it did.
Hilarious internet reactions
Several fans were amused and had a lot to say about this display of power, many of whom countered Elon Musk's opinion.
"you need the chainsaw," a user responded.
A user suggested that a flamethrower and bullets weren't enough to test the Cybertruck's power, and what it really needs is a chainsaw. How about it? Do you think the Cybertruck can survive such an attack?
"Armored car ! Great family car," a post read.
The user sarcastically suggests that it's an armored car, so of course, it's great for families. After all, many families are concerned about getting shot or someone throwing heavy objects at their car in the middle of the street.
"I want an emerald green one," a user wrote .
The car is cool, but all this user needs is a fancy color — emerald green, to really amp it up. Imagine someone driving an emerald green Tesla Cybertruck! Now, if that’s not the peak of 'cool,' don’t know what is.
"Cybertruck: it's bullet proof. Just don't drive it in the snow," commented a user.
While the car is super tough and seems almost invincible, can we be sure its weakness doesn't lie in something as mundane as snow? This user's comment suggests that while the car is resistant to extreme conditions, its true weakness might be in ordinary situations. Ah, the classic humor that comes from contrast.
Cybertruck's Parents (via @PlanetOfMemes / X)
We can't ignore what's right in front of us. If the Pontiac Aztek and DeLorean ever fell in love their baby would look like the Tesla Cybertruck, a user jokes. Mentioning this is like stating that Earth is spherical!
Well, this video really showcased how tough the Tesla Cybertruck is. Highlighting its resilience was a surefire way to not only make a bold statement but also grab our attention. So, what do you think, is the car as indestructible as it's shown to be?
