The FaZe Clan, an esports and entertainment brand, has officially revamped its logo, and fans are confused, to put it lightly. The old image featured the same familiar logo, set against a red backdrop and a white outline. The new image, however, is nothing but the same black logo set against a white background.
Fans have since begun reacting with a mix of reactions, a large chunk of which are hilarious. Scores are poking fun at the same, while some are pointing out that there's virtually no difference between the two. Here's how one user reacted:
"Was this necessary?"
The masses online echoed the sentiments:
"so they *checks notes* is remove the outline and just rounded the edges?" one user jokingly asked.
Another replied with one simple meme:
Yet another chimed in with a funny meme from Spongebob Squarepants:
Funnily enough, one more user weighed in with a meme to point out the absurdity:
The comments didn't end there, though. Keep on reading to see more:
"Proof that nobody cares about their work in 2025," one user stated, sarcastically.
"So they changed the background color and removed the white outline," yet another joked.
'"new year new me",' one user stated, asserting that it's almost the same thing.
"Designer found the rounded circles on the anchor points and called it a day [laughing emoji]," another jested.
Numerous users were visibly in shock, albeit sarcastically, that they changed the background and called it a day.
Everything to know about FaZe Clan's rebranding as users diss it left and right
Funnily enough, X users were not the only ones to ridicule FaZe Clan's apparent "revamp," as even Twitch and Kick streamer xQc called it "corny." During his livestream yesterday, he said:
"FaZe rebrand... corny. (The streamer views the organization's new logo) What?! Brother, I've got to be honest with you, this looks like Ratchet & Clank or some s**t. Guys, this looks like a wrench. This is like a wrench that you buy out to f**king repair a car or something. Yeah, I don't know. Guys, am I wrong? It looks like of like a wrench, no? Guys, I see this, I see a wrench."
Speaking about the updated color palette used in the FaZe Clan's rebranding, he stated:
"RGB (red, green, and blue). What?! Oh, get out! Get out. Okay, get them out of here. All right, next up."
Apart from their logo, the brand also issued a "FaZe Camo," which is the latest way their name is being stylized. The team took to social media just this week to uncover their new style, which looks "distorted" and will now make its way to everything, from the branding to the merchandise.
FaZe Clan announced the update on X, noting, "New Year, New FaZe. Bigger Than Ever."
