Paddy "The Baddy" Pimblett has an enigmatic personality and the one thing the Liverpool-born fighter has not been short of in his nascent career is controversies. A video recently surfaced on the internet that showed a sparring session with his longtime rival, Dennis Frimpong, blowing into a full-blown altercation, with Paddy locking Frimpong in a chokehold and refusing to let go.

The incident happened when after months of online beefing sessions on Instagram, the pair decided to settle their differences at Frimpong's gym, Manchester Top Team. The clash started on a highly anticipated note, with a raucous crowd including Molly McCan gathering around the mats and vociferously cheering both of the competitors on.

It didn't take long for "The Baddy" to showcase his technical superiority on the mat and he was quickly able to gain a foothold 3 minutes into the match with a takedown. Dennis' pleas fell on deaf ears and all the ensuing chaos resulted in an altercation with multiple members of both competitor's teams.
