Joe Biden was the center of a meme fest on October 30, after videos of CNN panelist, Franklin Leonard, saying he was "best getting ice cream in Maryland" went viral on X.

Leonard's complete statement highlighted that Biden is best at being empathetic towards the masses, and that people should be put where they are best at. The comments about Biden getting ice cream referred to the Tuesday event where he visited Canton's Bmore Licks shop for some chocolate chip ice cream.

Franklin Leonard's statements were seemingly misjudged by the internet community and sparked hilarious reactions about Joe Biden being best at getting ice cream. A netizen had a fun take on the matter and tweeted:

"Joe Biden, Mr. "Ice Cream" 🍦 😋"

A look at Joe Biden's unannounced visit at the BMore Licks ice cream shop

President Joe Biden left Canton residents shocked on Tuesday, October 29, when he arrived at the family-owned BMore Licks ice cream shop. The unannounced stop was made while returning from the Port of Baltimore where he announced investments of $150 million.

The ice cream shop was surrounded by Secret Service agents right before the 81-year-old politician walked through the doors. Several local residents also appeared at a field near the store, while media personnel were seen struggling to get into the best positions nearby.

Joe Biden was wearing a navy blue suit, a white shirt, and a sky-blue printed tie when he arrived at the Patterson Park ice cream store. He was joined by Democratic Senate candidate Angela Alsobrooks and Baltimore Mayor Brandon Scott.

Biden wanted chocolate chip ice cream but had to settle with vanilla ice cream and a scoop of chocolate as his desired flavor was not available at the store. Regretful about the inconvenience, an employee at the counter reportedly told the 46th President:

“I would have made some if I knew you were coming!”

Before leaving the BMore Licks store, Joe Biden talked with other customers and was seen shaking hands with some of them. He also posed for selfies and petted an adorable dog as he left the store.
