Recent divorce rumors about Ye and Bianca
Recent gossip about Kanye West and Bianca Censori's marriage has been a topic of interest, especially after their attendance at the 2025 Grammy Awards.
Rumors of a possible divorce emerged soon after Censori was in the news for her daring fashion statement at the event, which many believed was an indication of the strain in their relationship.
Daily Mail report came out indicating that West and Censori were on the verge of divorce only 11 days after the Grammy debacle, in which Censori appeared in an almost unclad ensemble.
According to sources, the pair verbally agreed that Censori would get $5 million following their brief marriage, which began in December 2022.
They had broken up, according to a person close to West, and they expected to file the necessary paperwork soon to formally announce their split.
In the meantime, Censori was said to be residing at their joint home in Beverly Park North, Los Angeles, while West's location was unknown, with rumors he could go back to Japan.
Representatives for West and Censori have come forward to correct the record in response to such rumors.
Milo Yiannopoulos, Censori's agent, flatly refuted reports of a divorce, telling The Hollywood Reporter that the two were in Los Angeles getting ready to celebrate Valentine's Day as a couple.
He stressed that all news of their personal lives would be coming directly from them, not from such unconfirmed reports in the press.
Yiannopoulos playfully responded:
“Is this the fifth or is it the sixth time the press has wrongly reported that Ye and Bianca are separating? I’ve lost track.”
The Grammy incident involving Ye and Bianca
Kanye West and Bianca Censori's unexpected presence at the 2025 Grammys, which took place on February 2, became the major event. The media was buzzing about their appearance because of Censori's daring attire.
Bianca Censori showed up at the Crypto.com Arena with a huge black fur coat that she dramatically threw off to showcase a totally sheer, thigh-length slip dress.
This daring fashion statement left very little to the imagination and soon became the focus of everyone's attention among attendees and viewers alike.
While West made the traditional all-black dress code and shades along with a diamond chain his usual choice, Censori wore an extreme contrast that was designed to turn heads.
There were reports that the couple showed up uninvited, Entertainment Tonight initially said they were already asked to leave upon arrival. That report assumed that they crashed the party with a group of approximately five accompanying them.
Then, however, the story of their removal got confused by mixed reports.
After their red carpet appearance, several media sources gave different accounts of what happened. While some said that West and Censori were taken out for their unwanted presence and Censori's provocative dress, others disputed these claims.
Sources associated with the Recording Academy indicated that West was indeed invited but didn't have a seat at the event as he wasn't performing or presenting.
The Grammys' executive producer, Raj Kapoor, said that West and Censori were not formally invited to attend the show and were just present on the red carpet.
In the meanwhile, TMZ insiders denied rumors that security had forcibly removed them, stating that they departed freely after walking the red carpet.
Censori's dress sparked social media discussions of public decency laws in California. Others speculated whether her clothing qualified as indecent exposure under California Penal Code 314(1), which describes it as the willful display of a person's body in such a manner that may annoy others.
Law experts opined that although her clothing was pushing boundaries, there would be little likelihood of legal actions being taken against her but there were no complaints lodged against her.
