Hold on to your hearts folks, there is an update on the James Bond film. No, it's still not known who the new Bond is, but what is known is who will be responsible for the new films. It's David Heyman and Amy Pascal. For those of you who have heard the names for the first time, Heyman and Pascal are responsible for giving us the Harry Potter and the Spider-Man franchises respectively.
Those who doubted the names must now feel relaxed knowing that the MI7 is in good hands. Amazon decided to entrust the beloved James Bond franchise in the experienced hands of Heyman and Pascal, so if you see Bond holding a Walther PPK in one hand and the Elder wand in the other, don't be surprised. Imagine him web-slinging across London instead of driving his Aston Martin DB5. That will be a sight to see.
With rumors of many actors like Idris Elba, Henry Cavill, and Aaron Taylor-Johnson being considered for the James Bond's role, Heyman and Pascal are two more names who have joined the rumor mills. How would Tom Holland look like as the new bond? or Dan Radcliffe for that matter?
The two actors do have every quality needed to steal the nuclear codes from any secure Russian facility. Whatever the changes may be, let's hope they find someome who can say 'The name's Bond, James Bond' with as much charm and charisma which is expected from Britain's greatest spy.
Fan reaction to David Heyman and Amy Pascal developing the new James Bond film
James Bond is not just one of the most beloved spies of all times, he is also one of the best movie character of all times. People are emotionally attached to the films and to him, so tampering with it won't be taken lightly by the fans. And it was evident with these hilarious comments made by fans.
One user, @BenOsowski1, was being passive aggressive with this comment:
"Great maybe in the next 10 years we will get the film."
Another user, @debayo_xx, decided to pay homage to Pascal's other project:
"Can't wait for bond to have a "with great power comes great responsibility" moment before jumping off a moving train."
User @IanDavidNoakes had a witty comment to add to the section:
"As long as Bond isn't scaling walls or casting spells, I'm still intrigued."
User @The_Epic_Scenes added another funny comment:
"Bond is either getting a wand or a web shooter."
Since they are everywhere, it won't be a surprise. (via @RealAndrewEy)

With the change in management, a lot can change in the franchise as well. New heads could mean changes in the script, new perspectives, and new techniques. Let's just hope whatever it is, the esseance of James Bond is not lost.
