Everyone loves Minecraft, so when Warner Bros. announced that it is planning to make the gaming masterpiece into a full-length movie, people cheered them on like everyone cheers a dancing baby.

And this is not even the best part. The best part is that the role of Steve, the expert crafter, will be played by wait-for-it, Jack Black. Oh, and it is a live-action movie, by the way. Yes, live-action.

In the film, the four protagonists are sucked into the Overworld by a strange portal where they have to embark on a bizarre magical journey to get back home. In their journey, they are helped by an expert crafter, Steve, to navigate the strange world and get out of it. The film is a kind of a combination of Lego and Jumanji films.
