On his visit to Chongqing, Speed streams have incorporated an eclectic mix of high-velocity street footage, lighthearted moments of engagement with the local inhabitants, and sincere, spur-of-the-moment public reactions.

Chongqing's energetic backdrop has supplied an attention-grabbing mosaic for its streams, lively streets, and high-tech structures, setting each on-the-fly second in vivid surroundings. With more and more videos making it to the web, the net is catching on to the off-beat mix of everyday urban life and Speed's frenetic webcasting.

Before we even get into the sheer lunacy that went down in Chongqing, just let's say this: Cyber City is all they call the city, but it wasn't prepared for IShowSpeed's in-real-life glitch vibes.

From yelling at the top of his lungs in the neon-soaked night to inadvertently engaging in conversations with LED boards, Speed used the streets of Chongqing as his own personal comedy platform.

What was supposed to be a relaxed stream soon turned into a highlight reel of confusion, culture shock, and inadvertent stand-up. Here are the best of the funniest moments that had locals and the internet in stitches, doing double takes.

Speed isn't just taking trains by this point; he's conjuring them.

In what seemed like a side quest of the world's most bizarre video game, Speed encountered the Chinese Donald Trump of Chongqing, and his reaction was akin to shock, laughter, and "Am I being pranked?" The resemblance was uncanny, the atmosphere was disorderly, and for a fleeting instant, it seemed like the multiverse had fully collapsed right in front of Speed's lens.

IShowSpeed met Zhenwei Wang (Via X/ @destroynectar)

Speed encountered Zhenwei Wang, the legendary Karate Kid (2010) bully, and things rapidly escalated; Zhenwei nonchalantly demonstrated him the very move he unleashed on Jaden Smith. Speed was impressed and slightly frightened, as if he had entered a live-action flashback.

IShowSpeed attempted to RIZZ the girlfriend of the Karate Kid bully and got taught a lesson (Via X/ @destroynectar)

Speed tried to rizz up the girlfriend of Karate Kid bully Zhenwei Wang, like it is just another daily mission. As soon as he opened his mouth, karma started hitting him like a roundhouse kick to the face. Zhenwei didn't need to lift one finger-Speed got verbally folded and was just standing there looking like he lost a boss fight in real life.

This girl wanted to touch IShowSpeed and his securities' muscles and couldn't control herself (Via X/ @destroynectar)

During the height of the Chongqing madness, a girl saw Speed and went straight for him, not for a selfie, but to feel his and his security's muscles as if they were put on exhibit at a human zoo. She could hardly help herself, extending like she was in a live-action thirst trap, while Speed appeared both flattered and somewhat taken aback by the bicep appreciation tour.

IShowSpeed got angry because they messed up the “Green Apples” (Via X/ @destroynectar)

Speed's patience thinned when he saw the "Green Apples" were all messed up - by messed up, we mean they looked like stumped pears. He had his full drama in progress, waving them around like trial evidence, demanding justice for what clearly was a fruit-related felony. The apples were not green, and Speed was definitely seeing red.

IShowSpeed stopped his car to join Auntie’s dancing in Chongqing (Via X/ @destroynectar)

In classic Speed style, he hit the brakes during the ride in Chongqing just to become part of a conga line of dancing aunties as if it was a divine flash mob. IShowSpeed does a BEAUTIFUL backflip for the Night Life in Chongqing, China (Via X/ @destroynectar)

IShowSpeed speaks on people needing Alcohol to have fun (Via X/ @destroynectar)

Speed interrupted the mayhem in Chongqing to deliver a remarkably profound line: "If you can't have fun in a sober state, you don't know how to have fun." It was as if Socrates had respawned with Wi-Fi and a GoPro. The audience blinked, the internet froze, and Speed went straight back to syncing; no booze, just clean energy and pandemonium.

IShowSpeed bought the Chinese ‘YangWang U9’ which costs $250K ((Via X/ @destroynectar)

Speed nonchalantly spent $250K on a YangWang U9, why not brag in a car that appears to be able to transform and fill out citizenship papers? In Chongqing, the roads likely doubled took too. One second he's flipping backwards, the next he's cruising up in a car that yells "I ride dragons on the weekends."

Speed's Chongqing trip has been more of a live-action cartoon powered by energy drinks and raw confusion and less of a vlog. One minute he's taking a backflip off the side of a bridge, the next he's spouting philosophical hot takes like "fun should be sober," and five minutes afterward, he's buying a $250K electric supercar as if it's a side attraction.

From colliding with Chinese doppelgangers of Ronaldo, Messi, and even Donald Trump, to inadvertently making auntie dance parties the main attractions, Speed has formally redefined what it is to "explore culture." Chongqing is no longer a city at this point; it's his co-actor.
