Nickelodeon has announced that Avatar: Seven Havens, a sequel to Avatar: The Last Airbender, is in the works. The series is reportedly scheduled to consist of 26 half-hour episodes, spread across 2 seasons.
The show is also reportedly expected to chronicle the Earthbending twins in the aftermath of an intense disaster that leaves the world in ruins. At that point, one of the twins discovers she's the new Avatar after Korra.
