Grimace has entered the world of A Minecraft Movie in an ad, and fans can’t stop joking. The commercial is one of the series of promotions announced by McDonald's and Minecraft ahead of the film's April 4 release. Nonetheless, a block-like rendition of McDonald's mascot is making waves on the internet.

McDonald's is about to release two special meals. There is a Minecraft Movie Meal consisting of six limited edition collectibles like Grimace Egg and Big Mac Crystal, and A Minecraft Movie Happy Meal targeting kids that consists of one out of twelve collectible toys inspired by film and game.

Fans are unimpressed with Grimace's new Minecraft appearance, and the internet is burning it to the ground. Some are just teasing that with each new iteration, it just keeps getting worse, and others are simply referring to it as a downright "man-made horror."

The ad features Grimace looking super chunky, leading to hilarious jokes that it's just the result of too much McDonald's food. Others are already speculating that the collab will fail, claiming they don't even bother to try anymore.

Safe to say, this pixelated Grimace is being roasted harder than a McDonald's burger.

McDonald's is also launching a new dipping sauce called Nether Flame Sauce, inspired by Minecraft’s fiery Nether dimension.

Additionally, an Apple Cake McFlurry will be available, combining apple pieces and shortcake topped with sour apple sauce for a refreshing dessert option.
