What Happened to LMFAO?

As we all know, LMFAO was a musical duo consisting of members Redfoo and Sky Blu who were known for their fun, funky, and high-energy club music.

LMFAO's career peaked with their hit song Party Rock Anthem rocked the airwaves in 2011. But in 2012, LMFAO's trouble personally and professionally cracked open for all the world to see—making them take a hiatus and afterward, breaking up the partnership.

After LMFAO, Sky Blu became a rapper under the name 8ky, creating collaborations and hits for other artists while his uncle, Redfoo, recently debuted at an international tennis tournament in Egypt.

Redfoo's (and even LMFAO's) contribution to our younger, partygoer selves made our teenage and early adulthood life more bearable and fun, so we're just happy that Redfoo is doing something else that he is passionate about. It's okay if Redfoo doesn't apologize for party rocking: at least we all know that he is serving some mean shots at those tennis games!

Good luck with your new endeavor, Redfoo!
