YouTuber and streamer FouseyTube has claimed to have made a remarkable physical transformation just by drinking water, black coffee, and electrolytes for 30 days straight!

During the month of Ramadan, he fasted from sunrise to sunset and only consumed water, black coffee, and electrolytes after Iftar. But to the audience’s surprise, the diet plan was not made by a licensed dietician! It was curated by ChatGPT! It has allegedly put him through various difficult tests.

'For the next 30 days, I will be doing a WATER-ONLY FAST, completely alone in a cabin. I will be fasting normally for Ramadan from Sunrise to Sunset and then to break my fast I am only allowed water, black coffee, and electrolytes.' Just me and chat vs. my mind, pushing my limits mentally, spiritually, and emotionally. I didn’t prep for this. No tapering down food. No easing off nicotine. I’m dropping everything at once—and you get to watch it all happen in real-time.' ~ Fousey posted on March 01, 2025

At the end of the fast, he posted a before vs after picture of his fitness journey driven by water and energy drinks.

Fousey ended the fast on the 30th of March and was spotted with a hearty meal comprising bone broth, fruits, proteins, and carbs.

“My 30-day stream will be ended promptly after.” ~ FouseyTube on March 30, 2025

The claims, however, backfired as netizens thought that the extreme diet was not practically possible. Some claimed that he was fishing for views. Nonetheless, his livestream garnered 20,172 viewers and over 6 thousand new followers.
