The upcoming fifth installment of Disney's Descendants is slated to introduce characters from Alice in Wonderland, and fans are wasting no time voicing dissent tinged with dark humor.

The film is already in the works, and according to Variety, it is slated to go “deeper down the rabbit hole,” with the film continuing shortly after the end of 2024’s Descendants: The Rise of Red.

The new movie will be set in present-day Wonderland. It will introduce several new Alice in Wonderland characters, like Liamani Segura as Red’s sister Pink, Alexandro Byrd as Luis Madrigal, Brendon Tremblay as Max Hatter, and Kiara Romero as Hazel Hook.
