OpenAI's CEO is asking the internet to take things down a notch when it comes to the viral Studio Ghibli trend.

In this latest trend that seems to have taken social media by storm, users ask ChatGPT to generate an image of themselves in the distinctive Studio Ghibli art style. The trend went viral within a matter of hours, with nearly everyone on Instagram, TikTok, and X joining the bandwagon.

However, OpenAI's CEO has asked ChatGPT users to calm down, noting that the biblical demand seems to be taking a toll on the platform.

"Can y'all please chill on generating images this is insane our team needs sleep," he jokingly begged.
