Apple previews iOS 18.4 beta 2 emojis, and ‘Face with bags under eyes’ becomes an instant favorite online

Apple has just rolled out a new set of emojis in the iOS 18.4 beta 2, and you know that people are going to weigh in. They're based on the Unicode 16.0 standard, introduced by Google back in September 2024.
