Jayson Tatum connected with Agent 00 and Duke Dennis for a straightforward livestream on February 15, 2025, and is probably expected to answer fan questions while having a basketball discussion. Tatum entered the livestream unknowingly but the internet had other intentions.

Jayson Tatum suddenly experienced the infamous "we did it" moment… again. The chat saw their opportunity and attacked with the intensity of a group of hyenas that scented weak prey. "We did it!" flooded the comments, a relentless wave of digital déjà vu.

Tatum understood what was about to occur before the strike. And then Agent 00 and Duke Dennis did what any good internet trolls—we mean, hosts—would do. They brought it up. Again.

Agent 00 unleashed the ultimate HAHAHAHAH mode. The online crowd laughed while the situation became a little uncomfortable. Tatum restated the phrase which could have been his way to earn back ownership of the term or to banish it completely from their chat.

The situation grew even more amusing after Tatum repeated the phrase which somehow achieved nothing other than sustaining the situation's awkwardness. Following this unprecedented development, Agent 00 actually apologized which made everything more bizarre within that short timeframe.

Jayson Tatum’s “we did it” moment

The "we did it" celebration received approval at one time until it transformed into a dominant internet joke.

Once upon a time (June 17, 2024), it was a moment.

Tatum and the Boston Celtics had just secured their 18th NBA championship by taking down the Dallas Mavericks in Game 5 of the Finals. This was more than just a victory because it established historic significance. Sixteen years of waiting. Decades of Celtics legacy.

Tatum came out to face the global audience after his 31-point, 11-assist, and 8-rebound performance by revealing his stunned emotions with these words:

"We did it! We did it! Oh my God, we did it!"

His words echoed Kevin Garnett’s legendary 2008 outburst—"Anything is possible!"

The internet conducted its typical actions at that time. The very meme-able energy of it all. Some fans loved it. Others called it corny.

Steph Curry appeared on the internet to mock the entire situation. Any time Steph Curry roasts you it goes beyond normal interview territory and becomes an unforgettable moment in sports history.

So, fast forward to that livestream, and you see the problem. Tatum had to battle through two hosts alongside an internet audience. And the internet always wins.
