Deferred adjudication is described as probation where a person charged with a crime is proffered the opportunity to accept responsibility and prove to the judge they have changed their ways so the charges would reflect on the record.

According to her LinkedIn and Facebook profile, Schneider, who graduated from Texas A&M University in 2010, works in public relations. Her current employment was listed as a patient care coordinator at a health care system in San Antonio, Texas.
