It has been 19 years since Jennifer Kesse, a Florida-based woman, went missing. Kesse, who led a good life with a loving family, friends, a boyfriend, and a great job, disappeared without a trace on January 24, 2006. Almost two decades have passed, but her parents are still on the lookout as they want to find their daughter and see her again. She was allegedly last seen at her condo.

Kesse was 24 years old when she went missing. She had recently graduated from the University of Central Florida and landed a lucrative job at Central Florida Investments Timeshare Company. She was promoted shortly after and purchased a condo in Orlando where she lived alone.

Ahead of her disappearance, Jennifer returned from a trip to Saint Croix with her boyfriend Rob Allen on January 22 and rejoined her office the following day. However, according to 48 Hours, she did not show up at work on January 24, 2006.

When Jennifer Kesse's coworkers told her parents how it was unlike her to not reach the office without notice, they drove to her condo. Drew and Joyce Kesse, Jennifer's parents, told the news outlet how their daughter told them every detail about her trip. They also recalled that she was happy and "on the cloud."

Upon reaching her condo, Jennifer Kesse's parents found she was not home. Moreover, her condo looked as if she had left for work. However, what was missing from her home was her cell phone, purse, keys, and iPod. Her missing belongings were never found.

About two days later, Kesse's car was found abandoned in an apartment complex about a mile away from her condo.

While it has been 19 years since Kesse went missing, her parents have not lost hope. They have been searching for her with hired private investigators. On the 19th anniversary of her going missing, her parents shared a statement via a Facebook page dedicated to finding Kesse.

Jennifer Kesse's parents share a statement as their daughter's disappearance marks 19 years

Taking to a Facebook page named Find Jennifer Kesse, Joyce, and Drew penned a statement mentioning how they miss their daughter. They wrote,

"January 24, 2025, will mark 19 years that Jennifer has been missing through the heinous act of abduction. Taken against her will and no trace of her for 19 years will always be unfathomable in our hearts and minds."

The Kesses further mentioned how it is inconceivable that a "missing person’s case with such awareness not produce even a direction 19 years later." They further added how time did not heal the "wounds" they were left with after their daughter's disappearance.

In the end, they mentioned how they will still "stay strong and fight the fight that needs to be fought for Jennifer’s sake." They thanked their legal and private investigators' team for their continuous efforts.
