Where was Alexis Schuler last seen? DC police plead for information on missing Washington mom of 3

The disappearance of 29-year-old Washington mom of three Alexis Schuler has sparked concern among family and friends. Schuler, who has been missing for over a week, was reportedly last seen on Friday, January 10 in the vicinity of the 2800 block of Hartford Street, Southeast.

On January 16, 2025, nearly a week after her disappearance, the DC police department pleaded for information on Schuler’s whereabouts. In an X post, DC police wrote:

“Critical #MissingPerson 29-year-old Alexis Schuler, who was last seen in the 2800 block of Hartford Street, Southeast, on Friday, January 10, 2025. Have any info? Call (202) 727-9099/Text 50411.”

The police also shared a flier revealing Schuler was last seen at 6pm on the 2800 block of Hartford Street, Southeast, on Friday, January 10.

Meanwhile, Trayon White, Member of the Council of The District of Columbia, who shared the flier of the missing on his Instagram account with over 80,000 followers, revealed Schuler was last seen at her ex-boyfriend's house in Capitol Heights MD.

Online community offers support in wake of Alexis Schuler's disappearance

Community members are rallying behind the concerned family of missing DC mom Alexis Schuler. Several people online amplified the post of her disappearance, sharing the flier provided by the DC police. In a Facebook post, a friend of the family revealed Schuler may have been pregnant with her fourth child at the time of her disappearance. The friend added:

“The family feels that the father of her child has something to do with her missing as she was last seen with him. PLEASE HELP IF YOU HAVE ANY INFORMATION SISTERS PLEASE!”

It should be noted police have not disclosed a person of interest in Schuler's disappearance.

A friend of the family also shared that Schuler was a mom of three, including two autistic children.

Several community members expressed concern over Alexis Schuler’s disappearance and shared the missing person’s flier, urging others to amplify the message online. Public official Trayon White also shared the post on Facebook, writing:

“This mom of 3 has been missing since last Friday (January 10). Today is Thursday. The family just got this flier from @dcpolicedept this morning (January 16). Her name is Alexis Schuler and her children and family need some answers. If you have any info please call 911 and message.”

Schuler, who was reportedly wearing a red hoodie and blue jean jacket at the time of the disappearance, was described as a black female with brown eyes and a light complexion.

At the time of writing this article, there are no updates on whether Schuler was found.
