Hailea Soares, a 31-year-old single mother of two was a victim of a shocking road rage attack in Attleboro, Massachusetts. According to reports from WHDH-TV News, the collision occurred when the driver in front of her repeatedly slammed on his brakes. At an intersection, he abruptly stopped again, causing Soares’ car to bump into his.

Hailea Soares explained that she intended to take photos of the damage when the other driver, later identified as 26-year-old Gladior Kwesiah from Rhode Island, aggressively exited his vehicle, approached her, and forcibly pulled her out of her car. Authorities reported that Kwesiah then seized Hailea Soares' phone during the confrontation. Soares described the encounter as:

“I tried to defend myself and then he picked me up, and that was when the woman got the video of me bring thrown to the ground. I remember thinking, I’m in the air right now. I’m in the air.”

In a separate interview with ABC News 11, Hailea Soares said:

"By the time that I realized I was in the air, and I thought to myself, I might die right now,"

A video captured by a bystander shows that after that, Soares was snatched by Kwesiah and slammed head-first to the ground. After being slammed to the ground, Soares mentioned she felt a 'weird sensation on her face,' realizing:

"I was on the ground, and I rolled over, and there was blood dripping all over my hands,"

He was arrested at the scene and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon causing serious injury, malicious destruction of property, and driving without a license. A judge ordered him to be held on $25,000 bail.

Hailea Soares was transported to Sturdy Memorial Hospital, where she was treated for significant injuries, including a broken knee, a broken foot, an eye socket injury, and a severe head wound. As reported by The New York Post, when asked to speak about the incident, Attleboro police Sgt. Kevin Sellers said:

“Inappropriate and unacceptable conduct stemming from what was essentially a minor motor vehicle crash,”
