Rafaela Fonseca wasn’t even directly involved with Jennifer Aydin's order on the night in question. Instead, she was stationed away from the counter, focused on preparing deli meats for sandwiches. Despite having no interaction with Jennifer, Rafaela became an unfair target of the reality star’s frustrations.

Stephanie Fonseca, Rafaela's daughter, set up a GoFundMe account in response to the public humiliation Rafaela experienced after being unfairly targeted by The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Jennifer Aydin. Although the campaign was set up with a goal of $1, it has already raised over $3k.

In the GoFundMe message, Stephanie expressed frustration over Jennifer's actions, calling them disrespectful and unnecessary. She emphasized that her mother didn’t deserve to be publicly shamed and that the fundraiser was a way for people to show kindness and appreciation for Rafaela’s hard work and dignity.

In the message, Stephanie called out Jenniffer Aydin for her video and said:

"My mother wouldn’t hurt a fly, she didn’t need this embarrassment to make you feel good on a high horse. You didn’t need to kick someone down to get up, you got ya corny as 5mins of fame and it backfired on you. What you don’t know is you hurt someone’s feelings in the process, my mother had to endure ya insecurities and misery because YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH YOURSELF."

Speaking directly to Jenniffer Aydin, Stephanie also urged her to issue a 'public apology.' Rafaela Fonseca's daughter ended the message with:

"my mother is a GEM - ✨ a REAL HOUSEWIFE A REAL MOTHER. ♥️ I love you mommy and this is for you. ♥️ TEAM RAFAELA !!!!"

In a separate video posted on TikTok, Rafaela Fonseca's daughter Stephanie spoke directly to Jennifer Aydin.

The amount of time she took to cut that bread with almost as much as we were waiting on that line... gee... everything was so slow..."

According to US Weekly, a Jersey Mike’s employee took to TikTok to share her side of the encounter with Jennifer Aydin.

In her TikTok video, the employee didn’t hold back. 'I hope this video finds its way to you,' she said, directly addressing Aydin.

The worker alleged that Aydin was indecisive while ordering multiple sandwiches, frequently changing her choices, including switching the type of bread at the last minute. According to the employee, the staff initially accommodated the adjustments, but the situation escalated when Aydin allegedly began causing delays for other customers.

When staff asked her to step aside and rejoin the line if she needed more changes, the employee claimed Aydin became agitated, declaring, 'I’m a celebrity,' and threatening legal action. The worker also alleged that Aydin began recording the staff before posting the footage online. 'Just learn how to order,' the employee concluded in her video.
