Joy Taylor, a co-host for Fox Sports has been named in a workplace misconduct lawsuit by ex-Fox Sports hairdresser Noushin Faraji. With the ongoing lawsuit, there's been a spike in interest in Joy Taylor's life, including her relationship with her brother, the ex-NFL star, Jason Taylor.

Joy Taylor (37) is 13 years younger than her brother Jason Taylor (50) who was voted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2017. Both of them were born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and share a close relationship with one another.

Joy Taylor was 10 years old when Jason was selected in the third round of the 1997 NFL Draft. In an interview to The US Sun, Joy Taylor shared that observing her brother's career in the NFL gave her valuable insight into the challenges and experiences of being a man in the professional football world. She said:

"All of those things when you have that in proximity to you in shaping how you view the world and how you view sports definitely gives you a different perspective,"

Joy Taylor often shares posts on her Instagram featuring her brother. Wishing him on his 50th birthday, Taylor said:

"Happy 50th Birthday @jasontaylor99! I’m so proud of you and the man you’ve become. Love you bro 💪🏽"

She also spends time with Jason's sons; and her nephews, often accompanying them to football matches.

In an old post, holding one of her nephews, she wrote:

"New York City for the Auntie tour…and yes I’m chaotic and gonna squeeze the babies 😂"

Born on September 1, 1974, Jason Taylor is a retired American football player who played as both a defensive end and linebacker in the NFL. He spent the bulk of his career with the Miami Dolphins and is now serving as the defensive ends coach for the Miami Hurricanes.

Taylor’s 15-year career in professional football saw him play for the Dolphins for a total of 13 seasons, spread across three separate periods (1997–2007, 2009, 2011). Additionally, he had brief stints with the Washington Redskins in 2008 and the New York Jets in 2010.


What is Joy Taylor being accused of in the latest lawsuit?

In the lawsuit, Noushin Faraji alleges that she was s*xually harassed by Skip Bayless and Fox Sports Executive Vice President Charlie Dixon on various occasions. According to Yahoo News, Faraji claims that when she confided in Joy Taylor about the alleged incidents, she asked Faraji to 'get over it.'

Faraji further claims in the lawsuit that Joy Taylor was involved in intimate relationships with former NFL linebacker and analyst Emmanuel Acho, as well as Charlie Dixon, to gain professional advantages.

The suit further asserts that these alleged relationships played a role in Taylor obtaining higher-profile roles and increased opportunities within the network.
