O.J. Simpson, a former NFL star and actor, has five biological children from two marriages. His family life has been greatly influenced by his public life and the infamous events surrounding him, especially the murder trial of his second wife, Nicole Brown Simpson.

Sadly, Aaren drowned in the family pool at only 23 months.

Justin was five when his mother died and has followed in the family's footsteps with a career in real estate. He now lives close to his sister Sydney.
O.J. Simpson's son moves into his house
O.J. Simpson's estate is suing his youngest son, Justin Simpson, who has apparently been living in his father's Las Vegas house without permission since O.J. Simpson's death in April 2024, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
Malcolm LaVergne, attorney for the estate, filed a lawsuit claiming that Justin must vacate the property, as he has falsely asserted ownership and refused to return the house to the estate.
The house in question is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom house at 341 Arbour Garden Avenue, purchased through an LLC named Primary Holdings in 2022 by O.J. Simpson for $795,000.
According to LaVergne, although Justin is the manager of this LLC, O.J. Simpson was the "de facto owner" of the home because he made all mortgage payments and had final authority over its purchase decisions, as per ABC13.
The lawsuit states that the deal was structured to protect Simpson's financial interests while keeping the property from creditor claims because of his huge debts, which include a $33.5 million judgment against him to the families of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman, Las Vegas Review-Journal adds.
Allegations against Justin Simpson
The lawsuit claims that Justin used his real estate expertise to persuade his father to place the property under his control. After O.J. Simpson's death, Justin allegedly moved into the home and claimed it as his own without proper authorization from the estate.
LaVergne said that "what Justin has done is very selfish," since they go against not only O.J. Simpson's will but also an agreement with Primary Holdings. Las Vaegas Review-Journal quoted LaVergne:
"I think it's because he's very selfish. And I think it was foolish of him to do that."
The estate is asking for a court order compelling Justin to vacate the house and either pay back the money O.J. Simpson had invested in it or return ownership to the estate.
According to the lawsuit, Justin has not made any response regarding these claims so far, and it is also unknown how he would want to defend himself against these accusations.
Reportedly, the property value is said to have appreciated by almost $250,000 since its purchase. This has upped the stakes in this landmark legal battle even further. The estate also claims that not only does O.J. Simpson's investment in the home constitute an investment belonging to all his children, but Justin's refusal to cooperate with the estate further complicates the issue.
