The moment a Porsche SUV rammed into a barbershop in Houston, effectively injuring several customers, including a 10-year-old boy, has been caught on tape. The 32 Degrees Barbershop shared the surveillance footage of the same, alongside an update that the boy has since been hospitalized.

The video has since gone viral, drawing the ire of many. Here's what one user penned on X:

"He just left the man in his chair??"

Others chimed in as well:

"How did they see the car coming from outside the building from the side?" one user asked.
"Hopefully no one was hurt," someone else prayed.
"Prayers for lil man in the white shirt," someone else expressed.
"How did the barber in the far back know to run out the front so fast?" yet another probed.

The comments didn't end there, as some expressed doubts that foul play might have been involved:

"The little kid took the entire impact of that vehicle. Hope he pulls through," one user penned.
"Thankful they are okay but What was happening before the SUV came crashing in! They were running up front after the first lady went and then they all went!" someone else noted.
"Screaming my client, ain’t nobody screaming lil homie name. Help lil homie. Anybody know what happened to lil homie?" another user asked.

Scores online were praying for the speedy recovery of the 10-year-old boy.

What we know about the moment of impact as the barbershop owner says it started as a normal Saturday for him

Watch the moment the car crashes into the building below:

As reported by Click 2 Houston, the incident took place on Westheimer and Barker Oaks Dr. at about 12:30 p.m. on Saturday. The SUV bulldozed through five structures in North Houston, including the 32 Degree Barber Shop. 25 people were at the shop at the time.

“It was just a normal Saturday of cutting. I finished my client, and I was about to put my 10-year-old in the chair,” Barber Chez Robertson told the outlet.

Per The Independent, a staff member said:

"The kid is doing much better and us now recovering in the ICU. I just ask that you all keep the prayers going for the little man. He's a great kid that loves to talk trash to his barber. He's funny too!"

Darrick Brown, the owner, told Fox San Antonio "The car came through my shop, man." He said the day started like any other when a painter working outside the shop yelled at those inside to steer clear of the SUV, which by then, had already crashed into another car. It then rammed into a church standing nearby before approaching the barbershop.

"Man, it was crazy, man. I was shaken up, man when I turned. I was like, 'cause it's like the kid just disappeared," Brown said.

As for the driver, Joseph Rothchild, who owns the strip center, said he was conscious and talking:

"He said he remembered backing up and he remembered going forward but after that, he just remembered waking up in the space."

Per Fox San Antonio, the child has been recovering in the hospital after dealing with internal bleeding. The driver, as well as a woman nearby, were also rushed to be treated at a hospital.
