An elderly man named Doug from Bucks County went viral with his handwritten party invite, which seems to be open to all. Doug’s handwritten winter party invitation has captured hearts online, quickly going viral on TikTok and social media. The 85-year-old Bucks County resident personally hand-delivered invitations to his neighbors, inviting them to 'Doug’s Winter Party' on February 15 at 4:00 PM—lasting 'until the cops arrive.'
In a 41-second clip captured by a neighbor's ring camera, a bundled-up Doug is spotted making his way up the stairs to a porch, where he pauses and waits after ringing the doorbell. Cane in hand and a stack of invitations tucked in his pocket, Doug takes out one of the folded white envelopes as his neighbor, Michelle Hernandez, answers the door. He then said:
"Hello, I’m Doug, I live right across the street. I’m hosting a party on February 15th and wanted to hand you this invitation personally instead of leaving it in the mailbox."
Though the party has yet to take place, Doug’s invitation has already created a wave of positivity, uniting people eager to share in his joy.
